Legendsfw.com provides high-capacity induction heating furnaces and automated mechanical forging presses for the production of heavy-duty crankshafts and drive gear blanks used in mining equipment. We regulate thermal cooling gradients to optimize grain structure alignment, maximizing structural fatigue resistance and tensile yield limits. All services are provided on an "as available" basis subject to these terms.
You agree to provide accurate information for all orders and communications. Legendsfw.com reserves the right to refuse service if information is incomplete or misleading. We commit to delivering products that meet agreed specifications, but you must inspect goods upon receipt and report defects within 14 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legendsfw.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, or equipment failure. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return any confidential materials. Sections regarding limitation of liability and governing law shall survive termination.
